Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and delivery address, so we can prepare and deliver your order.
• Any preferences you tell us, such as no-onion-no-garlic or a delivery instruction.
• A payment reference and booking ID from Razorpay confirming that a payment succeeded.
• Standard website analytics — pages viewed, approximate location and device type — through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

What we never see

Card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, net-banking passwords and any other payment credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. They are never sent to us and we cannot see or store them.

How we use it

• To cook, pack and deliver your order, and to call you if the rider cannot find the address.
• To send your booking confirmation and order updates on WhatsApp.
• To keep a record of the order for accounting and for handling any refund.
• To understand which pages of the website people find useful.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• WhatsApp / Meta, to deliver your confirmation message.
• Our own delivery staff, who receive only the name, phone number and address needed for your delivery.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, except where we are required by law to retain a transaction record.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to sharadhaskitchen@gmail.com.
• Ask us to stop sending you WhatsApp messages other than confirmations for orders you have placed.
• Block cookies in your browser. The website works without them; only the analytics stop.
