Who we are

By placing an order or making a payment on https://sharadhas.in, you accept these terms.

Orders and confirmation

• An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds and you receive a booking ID from us, by WhatsApp or on screen.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the item is sold out, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the details given are incomplete or incorrect. Any amount already paid is refunded in full in that case.
• Festival items such as the Onam Sadhya are made in limited quantities. Pre-booking closes once the day is full, or on the published closing date, whichever comes first.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The amount payable is calculated by us at the time of booking, from the published price and any delivery charge. Only that amount is charged.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials at any point.
• Prices on the website may change without notice, but never after an order has been confirmed and paid for.

Food, ingredients and allergens

• All food served is 100% vegetarian. No egg, meat or fish is used in our kitchen.
• Our dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen and may contain or come into contact with milk, ghee, nuts, groundnut, coconut, mustard, sesame and gluten.
• If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, tell us before ordering. Requests such as no-onion-no-garlic can be noted at booking, and we will confirm whether we can meet them.
• Food is prepared fresh for same-day consumption. Please consume it within two hours of delivery and refrigerate anything you keep longer.

Things outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, transport disruption, power or internet failure, strikes, or restrictions imposed by any authority. Where we cannot deliver for such a reason, we will refund you in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
